Every morning at 6:30 AM, five days a week, for ten weeks… You can find me regaining my fitness! I’m doing a 10-week mixed martial arts and HIIT bootcamp. I’ve never done anything like this before. I always thought it sounded kinda hokey, but I had no basis for that. Anyway! Today was Day 1. I got free gloves and hit a bunch of bags. It felt great! This early morning exercise really helps my brain wake up for another day of studying.
